Robbie is an excellent service provider. He makes conversation and tells you everything that he will be doing on the service. I call and request him and since my former tech is doing commercial locations now. He was training a new person today and I sure he will be as thorough as Robbie. I have to remind the new person to please close the gate behind him, so my neighbors dogs don't come in my yard. Very please with the service overall.

Joe was very helpful in explaining everything to me about the inspection and what he found with termites in one of the sentricon stations and explained how they worked also talked about moisture barrier. My dogs did get out the fence and he was very helpful with getting them back in which was not his job. His professionalism and patience is very much appreciate!! Patrick was at our house today to perform our quarterly pest control services. He was very professional as all the technicians on their team are... He rang the doorbell to let us know he was there which enabled us to open the garage door for him to treat the garage. He is so efficient that it seems as if it did not take him any time at all to complete the job! I also like that we have our services on an automatic payment plan with Harris. They send me an email when they have drafted our account, letting me know the amount. Saves me writing a check and getting it back in the mail! Harris Pest Control is definitely the best in the business!
